The Apple Support Team has said that “ SharePlay will be available later this fall“. As of March 25, phones that are only capable of running. Fitbit will no longer support its app on iPhones that do not run iOS 15 or higher. As surprising as it may sound, but that is indeed the case. The Fitbit app will now only work with iOS 15 and newer. But why is the FaceTime SharePlay feature not working in iOS 15? SharePlay is a newly released feature that enables iOS 15 Facetime users. Hence the testers (along with the general public) were waiting in anticipation for the stable rollout of this feature alongside the iOS 15. First, make sure everyone that wants to use SharePlay has downloaded iOS 15. At WWDC 2021 when Apple announced iOS 15 beta with the new SharePlay feature, I became very excited to share this feature to watch movies together and enjoy. Apple already announced last month that SharePlay won’t be a part of the official iOS 15 release but would be coming as a part of one of the subsequent updates. While the beta testers might have already got a taste of this feature, but it had a few rough edges. Among them, the SharePlay feature that allows you to share your screen and watch movies or listen to songs together while on a FaceTime call is probably the most eye-catchy feature. ![]() ![]() Notably, they simply have to tap the received link to initiate SharePlay. Along the same lines, FaceTime has also been blessed with a slew of new features. Now, wait for the other to accept the SharePlay request.
